Early Access Terms

1. Scope

These Early Access Terms apply to participation in the OrganizeFlow Android early-access programme: getting early builds of the app, using them, and giving feedback. They supplement the Website & early-access terms and the Privacy Notice. By joining early access you agree to these terms.

2. No guaranteed release or continued access

Any date we show — including the countdown on the homepage — is a target, not a promise. Early access may open later than the target, in stages, to a limited number of participants, or not at all. We may pause or end the programme, and participation does not guarantee continued access to early builds or to any future version.

3. Experimental software

Early-access builds are software in development. They may contain bugs, may change significantly between builds, and features may be added, changed or removed. Please use the app's built-in export and backup tools regularly; treat early builds with the care you would give any pre-release software.

4. No automatic entitlement to compensation or Premium

Participation is voluntary and unpaid. Taking part does not entitle you to compensation, rewards, discounts, or free or discounted Premium features.

We may offer one complimentary Premium month to early-access participants, but only under separate eligibility criteria that we will publish before or at the time of the offer. If such an offer is made: no payment method is required to receive it; it does not renew into a paid subscription automatically; and when it expires your account simply returns to the Free tier unless you expressly choose to subscribe.

5. Feedback

Feedback is voluntary. If you send us feedback (bug reports, suggestions, ideas), we may use it to improve OrganizeFlow without any obligation to implement it, credit it or compensate for it. Please don't send us confidential information in feedback.

6. Acceptable use

Use early-access builds lawfully and normally. Don't use them to store or share unlawful content, don't attempt to disrupt or overload any OrganizeFlow service, and don't misrepresent pre-release features as final when sharing publicly.

7. Availability and changes

We don't guarantee that early builds, or any specific feature in them, will be available at any given time. We may update these Early Access Terms; the "Last updated" date above will change and material updates will be visible on this page before they take effect for new sign-ups.

8. Data and privacy

OrganizeFlow is designed local-first: your content lives on your device. The information submitted for early access is handled as described in our Privacy Notice, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

9. Suspension and termination

You can leave the programme at any time — unsubscribe or simply stop using the builds. We may suspend or end an individual's participation if these terms are broken, or end the programme as described in section 2. Your locally stored content remains on your device either way.

10. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, early-access builds are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Your mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected — nothing on this page takes away protections that the law of your country of residence gives you and that cannot be waived.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of experimental early-access builds. We do not exclude or limit liability where the law does not allow it — including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded and your mandatory consumer rights. This section does not mean you can never make a claim; it means claims are governed by applicable law.

12. Governing law and disputes

Founder input required — the governing law and forum will be stated here once the legal entity and jurisdiction are confirmed. Until then: if you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence applies to you regardless of what will be stated here.

14. Severability and agreement structure

If any part of these terms turns out to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Your agreement with us for early access consists of these Early Access Terms, the Website & early-access terms and the Privacy Notice; if they conflict about the early-access programme, this page prevails.
